We have a 14 day refund policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.

Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can further take action and make it right.
Exceptions/ Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items can not be returned such as custom orders. This includes name plates, ID bracelet with name engravings, rings with engravings, as well as rings that we have sized.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on any on sale items .
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for your item has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically be issued a gift card to shop with us!
