  • My Package has been lost/stolen. What should I do?
    Please make sure to submit the right information such as the correct address. We Are Not Responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. We will do our very best to help find and retrieve your package but once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we ship it the liability is between you and USPS. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you have yet to receive your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. If your order is a custom order it can take up to 1 week for you to get a tracking number. Express shipping? We do offer express shipping for extra cost we will process and ship your order in between 2-3 days.

    All our Jewelry is 14k gold guaranteed unless stated other wise. We will be selling a bit of 10k gold later on and some silver items as well so make sure to look and read our description of the items that you are planning to purchase. Jewelry Care tips: When purchasing 14k or 10k gold items you do not have to worry about it tarnishing as gold is one of the least reactive chemical elements. Of course taking extra precautions should preserve your jewelry a lot longer such as being around harsh chemicals such as chlorine and household cleaners with acids, as with repeated exposure it can weaken your gold's jewelry structure. We do recommend when buying a hollow gold item that you are extra careful such as you taking your items off before heading to sleep or doing any heavy duty tasks.
